Numinus Wellness Inc. Chief Strategy Officer Stacey Wallin steps down

According to the company, as part of the separation agreement, Numinus has agreed to issue Ms. Wallin 2,000,000 common shares from the treasury.

Mental health care company Numinus Wellness Inc. has announced that Stacey Wallin has departed from the position of Chief Strategy Officer. 

The company, who is known for its advancing innovative treatments and safe, evidence-based psychedelic-assisted therapies, was in negotiation with Stacey, which concluded with her resignation. She joined Numinus as the founder and chief operating officer in August 2018 and rose to the role of Chief Strategy officer within 3 years.

Commenting on her departure, Numinus CEO Payton Nyquvest said, "During Stacey's three years with Numinus, she was integral to the development of foundational operations necessary to support the growth of Numinus. We thank Stacey for her contributions and wish her the best in her future endeavors." 

He also said that Numinus’ growing and talented team continues to execute on their mission to be the most trusted brand in the space and the company is excited for what's yet to come as they seek to help more people through innovative mental health care and psychedelic-assisted therapies.

According to the company, as part of the separation agreement, Numinus has agreed to issue Ms. Wallin 2,000,000 common shares from the treasury. Also, Stacey's responsibilities have been transitioned across Numinus' leadership team. Stacey’s previous work experience includes stints at LifeBooster Inc., SCW consulting and BC Tech.
