We at People Matters are committed to offering our readers the most relevant content that makes all the difference.

What we're seeking:

  • Thoughtful write-ups and op-eds on people and work trends provide valuable insights to our community, empowering our readers to become the answer to their organisational challenges
  • Well-researched articles supported by credible data and reports
  • Fresh perspectives and innovative insights related to the workplace, workforce, and workers

What we're not seeking:

We receive a large number of articles, therefore we need to choose the ones that make all the difference and offer invaluable insights to our readers. We cannot publish articles that are promotional, plagiarised and/or of low quality.

Article submission guidelines

  • The article should be 700 - 1500 words

Article submission and publication process:

  • Fill out the form(s) by clicking the link(s) at the end of this page
  • After you have submitted the form, it will take 5-7working days for us to offer you any update
  • After successful submission, you will receive a confirmation email from People Matters

In case the article is already shared/attached:

  • If the article meets our requirements, we will send you a confirmation email. Also, a link will be sent to you via email post-publication
  • If the article requires refinement, it will be notified to the author and the author may send it back to us after revising
  • In case the article is rejected, the same will also be notified to the author

In case the article is not shared/attached:

  • You can share your ideas or topics with us
  • We will revert you within 5-7 business days with our feedback and suggestions
