Precision Aviation Group appoints Kyle McGillivray as CHRO

Precision Aviation Group, a leading supplier in the Aerospace and Defence industry, has announced the appointment of Kyle McGillivray as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), with immediate effect. 

In this newly created role owing to the expansion of the group, Kyle brings over 25 years of expertise across global, multi-site organizations in the manufacturing and aerospace industries. His core competencies, such as strategic human resource planning, employer branding, talent retention, communication, leadership development, compensation & benefits, culture, organizational effectiveness, and employee benefits, will be pivotal in bolstering the group’s global presence.

Before his appointment, Kyle served at Ascent Aviation Services as the Head of HR, Bombardier Aerospace as the Human Resources Director, AAR Airlift Group as Vice President of Human Resources, and PetSmart as the Vice President of Human Resources. He also worked with Rayonier and GST Steel Company at the beginning of his career.
