L’Oréal Philippines appoints Priya Pandit as their new HR Director

L'Oréal Philippines, one of the branches of the world's leading beauty company L'Oréal has appointed Priya Pandit as their new Human Resources Director. She takes up this new role from her earlier position as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Employer Branding at L'Oréal India from 2019-2022. Before joining L'Oréal, she was also the head of leadership hiring across all businesses of RPG Group globally for over nine years.

Priya has led several HR and organisation cases in the field of cultural change, employee communications, and talent management and developed innovative global talent sourcing mechanisms.  She also specialises in diagnosing people issues, advising solutions, and managing stakeholder relationships.

On her appointment, Yannick Raynaud,  Managing Director at L’Oréal Philippines, exclusively shared with People Matters, “We are delighted to welcome Priya Pandit as Human Resources Director of L’Oréal Philippines.
