LMS365 appoints Nina Carøe as Chief Human Success Officer

LMS365, an AI-powered learning management platform, has announced the appointment of Nina Carøe as its Chief Human Success Officer, effective immediately.

In her new role, Nina brings over 15 years of experience across technology, IT software, management consulting, banking, retail, HR consulting, and fitness and wellness sectors. She will be responsible for spearheading traditional HR operations with a people-first approach within and outside the organisation.

In her previous roles, Nina worked with Valuebeat as the Co-founder and Chief People Officer. She also founded Nina Elisabeth Carøe, a platform that combines real-time human data and machine learning to accurately measure the cultural impact of people within an organisation and assess EVP. Prior to that, she served Dixa as the VP of People and Culture, Unity Technologies as the HRBP for the EMEA region, Street gourmet as the HRBP, and emmerys as the HR consultant and area manager.
