Leading diversified professional services and investment management firm Colliers today announced that Catherine He has been appointed as Director, Head of Research, Singapore.

A real estate research specialist, He will be responsible for leading the research capability for Singapore, working closely with external clients and internal stakeholders across multiple functions and service lines. Reporting into WeiLeng Tang, Managing Director, Singapore, He will lead and further develop the local research capability with clear and ambitious targets for clients, producing strategic, rigorous and actionable research that integrates Colliers’ services across the region.

He joins Colliers from CBRE in Singapore, where she was responsible for analysing real estate market data and developing a consolidated view of the markets and various sectors in Asia Pacific, with a focus on Singapore. She was also responsible for producing key market and economic updates, forecasts, and thought-leadership papers, which were shared with internal brokers as well as external clients. She also contributed to business development initiatives, investment advisory proposals and presentations to clients.
