In her new role, Fabiola Williams brings over two decades of HR leadership experience. Based in London, she will collaborate with Chief People Officer Meaghan Ramsey and the global people team.
Brunswick names Fabiola Williams as Partner and Group Head of Talent and HR

Brunswick Group, a global advisory firm, has announced the appointment of Fabiola Williams as a Partner and Group Head of Talent and HR, effective from May 10, 2024.

Fabiola, who recently worked with McArthurGlen Group as Chief People Officer, brings over 27 years of experience. She currently serves as a Trustee of the Institute of Business Ethics. In her previous roles, she served as the SVP of Global Talent at Coty, the People and Culture Director at White Stuff, the HR Director at the Department for Work and Pensions, the Global HR Director at The Body Shop International, and in several leadership roles across the UK and Ireland at L'Oréal. She also worked with McKinsey & Co. at the beginning of her career.

On the academic front, Fabiola holds an MSc degree in Organisational Change from Ashridge Business School, an MSc degree in Gestalt Psychotherapy from Metanoia Institute, BA Double Hons. from the University of Manchester, and a PG Diploma in Technical and Specialised Translation from the University of Westminster. Her core competencies include global talent acquisition, learning and development, culture, strategic HR, employee engagement, and DEIB.
