Boston Consulting Group appoints Rahul Jain to lead its India Practice

Rahul Jain has been appointed as the next System Leader for Boston Consulting Group (BCG) India, succeeding Alpesh Shah, who will transition to a regional leadership role overseeing BCG's CEO advisory in the Asia Pacific region.

Abheek Singhi will take on the role of Chair of Practices and Partner Committee in India, the global consulting firm said in a statement.

In his previous role, Jain served as the head of BCG's Industrial Goods practice across the Asia Pacific region. He is recognised as an expert in automotive, engineering, logistics, and various process industries such as cement, steel, chemicals, power, and other building materials. Jain has successfully led turnarounds for several companies operating in these industries. He is also a core member of BCG’s Consumer, Operations, and Global Advantage practices
