Amy Clark 

D2L, a leading global software company, welcomed Amy Clark as its new Chief People Officer, effective January 2024. Amy brings nearly two decades of experience in the finance and insurance sectors to her new role. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of People Services for North America at Colliers. 

Prior to her tenure at Colliers, Amy spent over 17 years at Manulife, where she held various leadership positions, including VP of Employee Experience and Global HR, as well as AVP of the Global Transformation Delivery Team and People Lead. With expertise in employee benefits, learning and development, leadership coaching, performance management, HRIS, and culture change, Amy is well-equipped to drive D2L's people strategy forward.

Sarah Pohmer

The Huntington National Bank has named Sarah Pohmer as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, succeeding Raj Syal, who will retire on October 1. Sarah will assume her new role on May 6. With a distinguished career spanning 24 years at JPMorgan Chase, Sarah brings a wealth of experience to her new position. 

She most recently served as Managing Director and head of Human Resources for the Consumer Bank at JPMorgan Chase. Prior to that, Sarah held key roles including Head of Human Resources for Cards and Connected Commerce, as well as Head of Human Resources for Business Banking and Staff Functions. Her extensive background in human resources leadership positions her well to drive strategic initiatives and support the growth of The Huntington National Bank.

Cindy Carlisle

Footwear and apparel giant Foot Locker has named Cindy Carlisle as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. In her new capacity, Carlisle will lead the development and implementation of Foot Locker's global human resources strategy. With over 24 years of leadership expertise, Carlisle brings a wealth of experience to her new role. 

Prior to joining Foot Locker, she served as Group Vice President of Human Resources at Stryker Corporation. Additionally, Carlisle held prominent positions at Roche Group and Johnson & Johnson, further enhancing her credentials in the field of human resources management.

Linda Borne

McDermott, a leading provider of engineering and construction solutions for the energy sector, appointed Linda Borne as its new Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Prior to assuming the role of CHRO, Linda held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and was a vital member of McDermott's executive committee since 2023, where she led the global HR team. 

Linda's tenure with McDermott's HR department dates back to 1989, showcasing her extensive experience and deep understanding of the company's human capital landscape. With a robust background in human resources within the oil and energy industry, Linda brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. Her skills span HR strategy, operations, technical recruitment, policy development, employee benefits, and HR information systems. Linda's professional journey has provided her with exposure to diverse international markets, including the United States, Mexico, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom.

Lillian Reaume

Stitch Fix, the popular online personal styling service, has appointed Lillian Reaume as its new Chief People Officer. In her new role, Reaume will oversee all aspects of people-related functions, including talent management, leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, compensation and benefits, and employee experience. 

Bringing with her a wealth of experience, Reaume joins Stitch Fix from Rubrik, a leading cybersecurity company, where she previously served as Chief People Officer. Prior to her tenure at Rubrik, Reaume held various HR leadership positions at Amazon, including Head of HR for the Alexa organization. Her career also includes leadership roles at BlackBerry and Ford Motor Company.

Fabiola Williams

Brunswick Group, a renowned global advisory firm, has appointed Fabiola Williams as its newest Partner and Group Head of Talent and HR, effective May 10, 2024. Fabiola brings with her over 27 years of invaluable experience, having most recently served as the Chief People Officer at McArthurGlen Group. Her illustrious career includes senior leadership roles such as Senior Vice President of Global Talent at Coty, People and Culture Director at White Stuff, HR Director at the Department for Work and Pensions, and Global HR Director at The Body Shop International. 

Prior to these roles, Fabiola held various leadership positions across the UK and Ireland at L'Oréal. She began her career at McKinsey & Co., where she honed her skills and expertise in human resources and talent management. Currently, Fabiola also serves as a Trustee of the Institute of Business Ethics, showcasing her commitment to ethical business practices and corporate governance.
