Menaitech, a global HRMS firm, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ryalize, a leading FinTech company, to integrate Earned Wage Access (EWA) solutions into its HRMS platform.

Through this partnership, more than two million workers based in the Middle East and Africa will adopt this tool, enabling hassle-free financial management without the need for an approval process. The integration aims to enhance the employee experience as well as, support organizations in improving recruitment, retention, and overall productivity.
