The Irish tech industry employs over 100,000 people and is the second-largest exporter of computer and IT services in the world. The Best Workplaces in Tech as recognized by the Great Places to work Institute, highlights tech companies with excellent employee experience by building a great culture, and Workhuman is one of them. The Best Workplaces in the Tech list is decided on the basis of direct employee feedback which is given in an extensive and anonymous survey conducted to gain knowledge about the employee experience. The report is compiled after a detailed and comprehensive analysis of the responses by the Great Place to Work Institute Ireland.
