People analytics tech company Pulsifi has entered into a partnership with enterprise software applications provider SAP to broaden the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in human resource management.

Pulsifi will integrate its AI-driven people analytics platform into SAP’s SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem, enabling clients of SAP to leverage AI for talent acquisition and talent management, in one integrated platform.

“What organizations see as the future - where human and AI collaborate to realize the potential of their most valuable asset, people - is actually arriving very soon. The partnership between Pulsifi and SAP accelerates that,” said Pulsifi co-founder and CEO Jay Huang.

“By partnering with SAP, Pulsifi offers organizations smoother deployment, and across a larger scale. We see the Pulsifi-SAP partnership encouraging many more organizations to incorporate AI into their human capital management sooner,” added Huang.

Pulsifi, a human resources (HR) and artificial intelligence (AI) start-up which operates in Singapore and Malaysia.  The company ad acquired US$1.1 million in angel funding in 2018. Founded in 2016, they specialize in HR platforms that leverages off predictive models and machine learning with added artificial intelligence and organizational psychology features to help companies manage their workforce.

The partnership will enable clients of SAP to leverage the advances of AI for talent acquisition and talent management, in one integrated platform. Pulsifi will also collaborate with SAP to further develop expertise in the application of AI for human capital management. The company will also be leveraging SAP’s machine learning and cloud solutions through their SAP's platforms.
