Verisk appoints Sunita Holzer as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Verisk, a US based data analytics and risk management company, recently announced the appointment of Sunita Holzer as Chief Human Resources Officer as well as Executive Vice President. Prior to Holzer, Vince McCarthy handled the company's human resources segment. Holzer, on becoming a part of Verisk's leadership team, will be responsible for managing and handling its global operations and human resource strategies. She will be answerable and reporting to Scott Stephenson, CEO, Verisk.

Holzer comes with expertise in professional coaching, leadership and organizational skills. She will be overseeing the company's global expansion and aid in scaling up its business operations by enhancing work culture. Scott Stephenson, Chairman, President and CEO of Verisk welcomed Holzer on her new role and is looking forward to working with her.

Apart from Executive Vice President and CHRO at Verisk, Holzer is a member of the board of directors for South Jersey Industries and member of Human Resources Management Department Advisory Board at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations.

Thrilled about the new roles, Holzer revealed Verisk's objective to have an inclusive as well as value driven culture and her appointment at such an imperative phase. She is focused to scale up the company's operations and its miscellaneous segments, which are indulged in providing solutions to intricate issues across the world.

Holzer, a human resource veteran, has over three decades of experience in managing human resources and business operations, HR strategy, design and implementation, leadership and team management, women leadership and development, advisory, human capital etc. Prior to Verisk, she worked at Realogy Holdings Corporation as EVP Chief Human Resources Officer. She has also served various leadership roles at a number of companies including, South Jersey Industries, Human Capital Insight LLC, DXC Technology, Chubb Insurance, JBWS, GE Express and American Express.

Verisk, with the new appointment, seems adamant to create an impactful affirmative work culture and a stronghold in the global industry.
