Deanna Grams has been roped in as TuneIn’s new CPO. Taking the corporate culture in a new and improved direction and expanding the company globally will be some of her responsibilities as CPO. The appointment is also a statement of TuneIn’s effort to bolster employee engagement.
Deanna Grams hired as TuneIn’s new CPO

US’s leading audio streaming service, TuneIn announced the appointment of Deanna Grams as Chief People Officer( CPO). She will play a great role in influencing TuneIn’s corporate culture and help in the expansion of the company globally. The appointment signifies the Tunein’s commitment towards employee engagement in its bid to create a revolutionary reinvention of radio for a digital-first world. Grams will continue her 7 year long association with the company in the new role of CPO. Prior to this, she was Senior Vice President, People Operations at TuneIn. Grams is expected to continue to build on the impactful work she has done in her tenure. 

She has held prestigious HR positions at Disney Interactive, Addis Creson, Publicis & Hal Riney and Landor Associates. Grams has solid work experience in talent management, organizational and cultural development, employee relations, training, recruiting, HR Business Partnering and coaching.

Richard Stern, CEO of TuneIn said that he is impressed by Gram’s commitment towards the company and believes that her leadership will continue to add value to company’s growth and improve the employee experience as it supremely values employee excellence.
