Seifert has more than two decades of experience in sales, business development, and P&L management across diverse industry sectors. He was formerly the head of Global Technology Services for DACH at IBM. He is currently based in Munich.

Dominic Del Giudice (above, middle) has been appointed Chief Business Officer for Asia-Pacific and Japan. Like Seifert, Del Giudice was formerly with IBM, as Vice President and Senior Partner at IBM Global Business Services across Asia-Pacific and Australia/New Zealand. Prior to that, he held leadership roles with Accenture and Capgemini. He has over two decades of experience in management consulting, business and digital transformation, and enterprise and technology solutions. He will continue to be based in Melbourne.

Erik Julius Larsen (above, right) has joined the company as Chief Business Officer for Nordics and Benelux. Larsen was formerly with Cognizant as Country Manager and Head of Sales for Nordics. He has extensive experience in the IT industry across northern Europe. Larsen is presently based in Oslo.

According to the announcement, the three appointments are part of Mindtree's growth strategy for the Europe and APAC regions, and all three leaders were chosen for their in-depth knowledge of the markets.

Venu Lambu, Executive Director and President, Global Markets, Mindtree, said: “We are excited about the depth of industry and technology expertise that these leaders bring to our clients. With businesses in Europe and Asia-Pacific increasingly seeking strategic technology partnerships to maximise revenues and growth, strong leadership with a deep understanding of these markets is vital to our ability to help our clients unlock value from digital transformation.”
