WeWork formally welcomes David Tolley as CEO

David Tolley, who has been a WeWork board member since February 2023, assumed the role of interim CEO in May 2023 before being officially named as the CEO.
WeWork formally welcomes David Tolley as CEO

WeWork, a global flexible space provider, has named David Tolley as the new chief executive officer (CEO). Before being named CEO, Tolley served as a WeWork Board Member since February 2023 and interim Chief Executive Officer since May 2023.

As the CEO, Tolley will continue to lead WeWork’s ongoing transformation efforts. Tolley who brings over 25 years of experience creating and executing strategies and operational improvements that drive value, cash flow, and revenue, most recently served as chief financial officer of Intelsat S.A. from 2019 to 2022. Over the course of his career, Tolley has also served as chief financial officer of OneWeb, and prior to that, he was a vice president in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley.
