TridentCare appoints Mary Sweeney as Senior Vice President of HR

TridentCare, a US-based healthcare company, has announced the appointment of Mary E. Sweeney as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Human Resources, with immediate effect.

In her new role, Mary brings over 20 years of experience across the education and healthcare sectors. She will be leading the HR team with her extensive experience encompassing recruitment and retention, organisational effectiveness, talent management, employment law and compliance, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Prior to her appointment, Mary served at Arcadia University in the capacity of Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Experience. In her previous roles, she worked with Trinity Health as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Regional CHRO for the Mid/South Atlantic regions, and at St. Mary Medical Center as the VP of Human Resources.

On the academic front, Mary holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from Temple University, and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. She is also a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
