Sodexo has appointed Sebastien de Tramasure as their new Chief Financial Officer. This change is part of a planned shift in leadership, with Marc Rolland stepping down after eight years. 

Sebastien has almost 18 years of experience with Sodexo, working in various finance roles, and he's all set to take on this new responsibility. Sophie Bellon, Sodexo's Chairwoman and CEO, praised De Tramasure for his extensive understanding of the company's global operations and his rich international experience. She expressed heartfelt gratitude to Rolland for his invaluable contributions that greatly fueled the company’s performance, growth, and pivotal projects, notably the Pluxee spin-off.

Rolland’s tenure as the Group CFO is marked by remarkable achievements. He played a pivotal role in streamlining the Finance function, fostering financial transparency, and navigating Sodexo through the post-Covid recovery phase. His leadership has been crucial in shaping Sodexo's successful journey thus far.

Established in Marseille in 1966, Sodexo remains steadfast in its commitment to enhancing quality of life and making meaningful contributions to the communities it serves. The company is primed for the spin-off of its Pluxee Employee Benefit Solutions, set for listing on February 1, 2024. Furthermore, Sodexo’s unwavering dedication to sustainability and ethical practices has earned it recognition in various indices.
