Saffery Trust appoints Sharon Coburn as new Associate Director of People & Culture

Saffery Trust, a UK-based finance advisory firm, has announced the appointment of Sharon Coburn as the new Associate Director of the People and Culture team, with immediate effect.

In her new role, Sharon brings over 30 years of experience across BFSI, real estate, and manufacturing sectors. She succeeds Jane Wade, who is retiring after four decades of service to the company.

In her previous roles, Sharon served Praxis as the Head of HR Transformation, PraxisIFM Group as the Group Head of Human Resources, and Bank of Bermuda (Guernsey) Ltd. as the Human Resources Officer. On the academic front, Sharon is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Her core competencies include recruiting, employee engagement, performance management, talent management, succession planning, personnel management, employment law, employee relations, organisational development, HR transformation, talent acquisition, HRIS, and leadership development.
