Louvre Hotels Group appoints Jean-Louis Amice as CHRO

Louvre Hotels Group, Europe’s global hotel chain, has announced the appointment of Jean-Louis Amice as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective immediately.

In his new executive role, Amice brings over 23 years of experience across the hospitality, consulting, IT & cybersecurity, cosmetics, and real estate industries. He will be responsible for leading the global HR strategy of the hotel chain. Most recently, he served Nexity as CHRO for the last four years.

Previously, Amice held roles with Oodrive as CHRO, Aparthotels as Chief People Officer, and L'Oréal as HR Director. He also worked with Beijaflore and Ambassade De France at the beginning of his career.

On the academic front, Amice holds a certificate in Executive Development from CEDEP and a Master’s degree in Public Service from Science Po. His core competencies include human resources, executive coaching, talent development, acquisition, learning and development, leadership, project management, and change management.
