Ipsos appoints Kerri O’Neill as new Chief People Officer for UK and Ireland

Ipsos, a global marketing and consulting firm, has announced the appointment of Kerri O’Neill as its Chief People Officer for overseeing the UK and Ireland teams, effective immediately.

In her new role, Kerri brings around 20 years of experience across retail, communications, and healthcare sectors. She previously served Aviva for over a decade as the Group Head of People Analytics, Insight, and Workforce of the Future. Prior to that, she held positions at House of Fraser as the People and HR Director and at Ofcom as the People and Transformation Director and HR Director. Her core competencies include L&D solutions, employee relations, digital transformation, leadership development, workplace transformation, ESG, employee engagement, people analytics management, and employer branding.

Welcoming Kerri to the leadership team, Kelly Beaver MBE, CEO of Ipsos, UK and Ireland, said, “I am delighted to welcome Kerri to Ipsos as our Chief People Officer.
