Jaikrishna B

Jaikrishna B is the President - Group HR, Corporate Communications and New Business Development of the Amara Raja Group. He is an executive member of the Amara Raja Corporate Council (ARCC) which is the Apex Leadership & Decision Council of the Group Jaikrishna is a graduate in Economics, and a first rank holder in post graduation in Social Work with specialisation in Personnel Management from the Madras School of Social Work-University of Madras. He started his career in 1990 as a Management Trainee in the Murugappa Group and after various stints in Plant IR, HR and Corporate HR in multiple businesses, he moved upto become the Head HR of one of the businesses. After 14 years of service in the Murugappa Group, he then moved on to C K Birla Group as their General Manager of Group Corporate HR.
