Aparna Sharma is the Country Head- HR at Lafarge and has 15 years of experience in various HR roles. Before joining Lafarge, she was the Director HR at Deutsche Bank, GBS Service Centre, India. She has worked in several core HR functions, including OD, talent management, performance management, recruiting, and employee engagement. She holds an M.A, PM & IR degree from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and B.A, Economics, History & Political Science from Maharani Laxmi Bai Girls College (M.L.B), Bhopal.
