Roanne Parry joins CSL as chief human resources officer

Global biotechnology company CSL welcomed Roanne Parry as its chief human resource officer, effective January. 

As CHRO, Roanne is responsible for further enhancing CSL's People strategy as a global employer of choice – driving CSL’s competitive advantage and external reputation by attracting, developing, rewarding, and retaining the best talent globally.

Roanne has joined CSL with more than 25 years of global experience in the healthcare industry. She brings a broad range of demonstrated leadership and expertise in organisational development; diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) strategies; talent acquisition and management; total reward strategies; transformational change, and leadership development.

Before joining CSL, Roanne worked with GSK as senior vice president, HR – Research & Development. During her tenure there, she held several senior HR leadership roles across the business, including commercial, consumer healthcare and enabling functions. 

Roanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from University of South Africa.
