Reynolds American names Borgia Walker as SVP of HR

Reynolds American, a subsidiary of the BAT Group, has announced the appointment of Borgia Walker as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Inclusion and Chief People Officer, with immediate effect.

In her new role, Borgia will oversee HR strategy and operations as part of the leadership team. Additionally, she will assume Anna Dolgikh’s responsibilities, leading the Group’s Global HR leadership team. Her responsibilities include talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design, cultural development, employee education and development, as well as compensation and benefits.

With over 30 years of association with the group’s subsidiaries, Borgia held various leadership roles. She spent over a decade at Brown and Williamson in Finance, Internal Audit, and Regulatory Oversight before transitioning to the HR function in 2015 as a Business Partner. In her previous roles, she served as Senior Director of Health and Wellness, Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness and Services, and Vice President of HR Services and Integration. Borgia played a pivotal role in implementing change management programs for Reynolds since 2021.
