Cigna Group, a leading health insurance company, has announced the appointment of Hisham Radwan as the Chief Executive Officer of Cigna Insurance Saudi Arabia, with immediate effect.

Assuming his new role, Radwan will spearhead the team based in a new office in Riyadh that recently received authorization from the Insurance Authority (IA), making it the first international insurance company authorized to operate through a branch in KSA.

Radwan will be responsible for rolling out the group’s new service model in KSA, which enables the delivery of high-quality client and customer experiences, aligning with its global operations.

In his new role, Radwan brings over 30 years of industry expertise garnered through several key leadership roles at various prominent organizations within KSA. In previous roles, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at TruDoc for the MEA region, Senior Vice President of Health at Tawuniya Insurance Company for KSA, Vice President at Aetna International for MEA, and Chief Commercial Officer at Bupa Arabia.
