StellarUp, a SaaS solution, is a knowledge sharing and learning platform that offers mentoring programs, engagement features, and a community for teams. The company addresses the challenges related to processes and operations that often lead to unsuccessful and disengaging programs, making them more streamlined and effective.

The Dutch start-up addresses the challenges surrounding onboarding, mentor-mentee matching, relationship management, and the measurement and scaling of engagement. By doing so, they aim to alleviate the bottleneck in these areas and ultimately enhance the return on investment.

According to a report by tech.eu, In a Seed funding round, StellarUp has secured €500,000 in investment, led by a US tech investor who has shown early interest in the company. The funds will enable StellarUp to enhance and expedite the development of its user interface and experience design (UI/UX) features, strengthen integration capabilities, and bolster marketing efforts.

“We are incredibly excited about the future of StellarUp. With this capital investment and level of trust, our mission-driven team is primed not only to expand our product's reach but also to elevate it to new heights of improved performance, speed, and excellence,” says Estelle Roux-Stevens, co-founder at StellarUp.

Among its clients, the start-up includes Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland, Giving Back, The United Nations Foundation, Aleto Foundation, ScaleNL, and InvestNL.

"Mentoring and knowledge sharing between people play a key role in tackling HR Challenges. SterllarUp’s platform effectively connects grown and learning opportunities within an organisation efficiently. I am impressed by the speed of the founding team to capture opportunities in a fast-growing market by providing unparalleled solutions," stated the undisclosed US tech investor, who opted not to reveal their name while expressing admiration for StellarUp's approach.
