To enable such enterprises in their Digital HR initiatives, hrtech.sg, a Singapore-based HRTech Advisory & Consulting firm and Adrian Tan, renowned HRTech subject matter expert and Future of Work strategist at Institute for Human Resources Professionals (IHRP) has unveiled 2021 Singapore HR Tech Market Map.  

Both hrtech.sg and Adrian Tan had jointly collaborated on the 2020 and 2019 Market Map versions. This year, the Singapore HRTech Market Map aims to help the entire ecosystem, and more specifically Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs), by providing comprehensive information about all the products at the click of a button. 

The Market Map categorizes the products into eight broad talent categories (Talent Acquisition, Talent Analytics, Talent Engagement, Talent Development, Talent Operations, Talent Planning, Talent Rewards, & HRMS) and further sub-categories based on the problems they solve. New sub-categories that have been included this year include Diversity & Inclusion under Talent Acquisition and Mental Wellness under Talent Engagement.
