Happy Companies taps Loren Kutsko as chief growth officer

Happy Companies has announced the appointment of Loren Kutsko as chief growth officer.  In this role, Kutsko will lead business and partner development, advising companies on improving employee experience, culture, and training initiatives for managers and leaders. 

Kutsko will also lead Companies’ partnership program to forge relationships with leading coaches, consultants, and learning and development companies focused on helping their clients improve employee experience and connectivity across their organizations. 

Kutsko brings over two decades of experience to the Happy Companies team. With previous senior leadership roles straddling technology, global humanitarian assistance, and consulting, his expertise will be an invaluable asset to Happy Companies’ partners and customers alike. The new SaaS-based Happy solution was created specifically to help leaders, HR managers and employees spark workplace culture improvement and unlock the potential of teams.
