TDCX has new HR leaders in Malaysia and India

TDCX has new HR leaders in Malaysia and India

TDCX has announced the appointment of Tee Siew Lee (above left)  as Human Resources Director for TDCX in Malaysia, and Sudeep Patnaik as HR Head for India & Group Director for Talent Acquisition, TDCX. Both appointments have been effective as of 9 August 2021.

Tee has over 24 years' experience in strategic HR across a wide range of industries. She was previously Head of Human Resources at CEVA Logistics Malaysia, and before that she was Deputy General Manager of Group Human Resources at Tan Chong Group. In her new role, she is responsible for hiring, developing, retaining and engagement within the organisation, with an especial focus on developing talent internally.

Patnaik has a decade of experience in talent acquisition, much of it with the India offices of Deloitte US. He was most recently Associate Vice President – Talent, Deloitte India (Offices of US), having worked on campus recruitment and hiring for the Strategy & Analytics and Mergers & Acquisition businesses. In his new role, he will lead talent acquisition across all the geographies where TDCX operates, including Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, China, Japan, Spain, Colombia, India, Romania, Taiwan, and Korea.

Both Tee and Patnaik report to Lim Chee Gay, Group Chief Human Resources Officer of TDCX, who said that their ability to lead the HR team and organisation to the next level will help TDCX in its strategy to be "the best for our partners and industry."

"Both appointments are important to Malaysia and India site respectively," Lim noted. "Both sites are continue to the key growth sites for TDCX. The HR Leadership and ability to drive innovation and differentiator on HR Strategy to attract, retain and develop our growing workforce."
