The US-based consultancy firm, which operates in Asia, Europe, and the Middle-East, has appointed Dominica Groom Williams to head its strategic vision for I&D.
Guidehouse names new Chief Culture, Inclusion and Diversity Officer

Global consultancy Guidehouse has announced the appointment of Dominica Groom Williams as Chief Culture, Inclusion and Diversity Officer, effective June 7 and reporting to Chief Executive Officer Scott McIntyre. She will head the company's strategic planning around inclusion, diversity, and excellence, and will be responsible for overseeing programmes and initiatives that foster a work environment in line with the company's culture and values.

Groom Williams has more than 15 years of human capital, diversity, inclusion, strategy development and leadership experience. She most recently served as Vice President of the Office of Inclusive Engagement at US home loan corporation Freddie Mac. Prior to that, she was Senior Director, Global Supplier Diversity and Sustainability at Marriott International. She has been cited for leadership in corporate diversity by state and national level publications in the US.

CEO McIntyre said of her appointment: “We are committed to making Guidehouse an even more inclusive and diverse company with a distinctive, engaging culture.
