The Honest Company, a digitally-native consumer products company that creates clean- and sustainably designed products spanning baby care, beauty, personal care, wellness, and household care, has announced the appointment of Dorria L. Ball as CHRO of the company. Ball has served in this role on an interim basis since August 2023. 

In this role, Dorria will oversee people and workplace functions and will work alongside the executive leadership team to support the strategic execution of the transformation initiative and growth journey.
