Sandra Rosa has joined Syniverse from Santander Consumer where she worked as CHRO and executive vice president.

Syniverse has announced the appointment of Sandra Rosa as chief human resources officer (CHRO). As the CHRO, Rosa will be responsible for leading the organisation’s global HR team and partnering with senior leadership to develop and execute company’s people and culture strategy. 

Rosa has joined Syniverse with an extensive background in the financial and banking sector, having worked with large global organisations across the United States.

Most recently, she served as CHRO and executive vice president at Santander Consumer USA, where she managed a large team of HR professionals across multiple markets. She was also responsible for all HR disciplines, employee relations, and the development of a shared services model.

Rosa is equipped with a proven track record in HR business partnering, organisational design and talent development, strategic partnership and planning, DEI, talent acquisition, and business transformation.

“Sandra’s deep understanding of human capital challenges and her ability to design innovative solutions will be instrumental in shaping the future of Syniverse,” said Andrew Davies, CEO. 

Her skills of strategic vision and operational expertise are expected to enrich organisational culture and drive global HR initiatives forward at the Syniverse.
