Global leadership advisory firm Russell Reynolds Associates (RRA) announced that Miriam Capelli has joined the firm as managing director. Based in Singapore, Capelli has more than 20 years of advisory experience consulting clients globally, regionally, and locally across a range of industries on talent strategies and leadership development.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Capelli was the APAC Head of Assessment for executive search firm Korn Ferry.

“Miriam brings many years of experience in helping clients optimise their leadership. She will be a great asset to the team as we continue to bring assessment, executive coaching, and development expertise to our clients, helping our clients to enhance the performance of senior leaders across the region,” said Ulrike Wieduwilt, Managing Director and Singapore Country Manager for Russell Reynolds Associates

Capelli holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology from James Cook University and has several undergraduate degrees from The University of Western Australia and Curtin University of Technology.

Capelli has completed the Coaching Psychology Program at Sydney University and is accredited in a range of clinical and organizational psychometric tools.
