Raketech names Dalia Turner as Chief People Officer

Raketech Group, a Europe-based MarTech firm, has announced the appointment of Dalia Turner as the Chief People Officer, with immediate effect.

In her new role, Dalia brings over 20 years of HR expertise across different industries in Asia, North America, Australia, and now the European regions. Her core competencies include business partnering, change management and transformation, talent management and development, succession planning, performance management, leadership development and coaching, employee engagement, data-enabled people decisions, and mergers and acquisitions. She will be responsible for strategic HR leadership across Raketech’s global workforce, as well as reinforcing its culture and growth.

Dalia recently served Feedzai in the capacity of Vice President of People for five years. In her previous roles, she served Microsoft Portugal as the HR Director, First Data Southeast Asia as the HR Business Partner, Jones Lang LaSalle Asia as the HR Business Partner, and Vitana as the HR Manager.
