The newly appointed Chief People Officer will be responsible to build culture and employee development towards Nexxen's new phase of growth and expansion.

Nexxen has appointed Gretchen Johnson as Chief People Officer to oversee its Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams, effective immediately.

In her new role, Gretchen will be responsible for developing culture and employee strategies to ensure the hiring and retention of top talent within the organisation. She brings more than three decades of HR leadership experience across BFSI, Advertising and Media, as well as Marketing and Technology sectors.

Most recently, Gretchen served as the Chief People Officer at Siprocal for the last year. In her previous roles, she worked with Tudor Investment Corporation as the Managing Director and Global Head of HR, Travelzoo as the Senior Vice President of HR, and Aegis Media as the Senior Vice President and HR Director. She also worked with Digitas, Mastercard, Young & Rubicam, and Sheraton at the beginning of her career.
