For Mindshare, a global media agency network, two major senior-level leadership changes are in order for the Asia-Pacific region. Prashant Modi, previous Chief Commercial Officer for Mindshare in APAC, has been promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer for the same region.
With more than 16 years of experience within Mindshare’s India and Singapore offices, Modi’s skills are cited as a reason for the organization’s consistency across various regions. He will be working with Mindshare APAC CEO, Amrita Randhawa, on getting the overall structure and offerings ready for future demands.
“Mindshare has always provided a very open atmosphere to fuel personal growth and I am looking forward to continuing to contribute to our achievements and growing our business further,” added Modi, who will also be taking the responsibility of efficient running of the media giant’s Singapore hub.
Along with Modi, the other major appointment is of Rohan Lightfoot as Chief Growth Officer of Mindshare APAC. He joins the company with over 20 years experience based out of Singapore, China, US, and UK. He has worked with clients such as Unilever, Coca-Cola, Adidas etc. At Mindshare, Lightfoot will focus on “developing high growth opportunities for new and existing clients with an emphasis on new product innovation and digitization.”
Both Modi and Lightfoot will be based out of the company’s regional Singapore office, according to a statement by the company.
