Envista appoints Suraj Satpathy named as CHRO

Envista, a global dental equipment and supplies manufacturer, has announced the appointment of Suraj Satpathy as Chief Human Resources Officer, with immediate effect.

Assuming his new role, Suraj brings over 20 years of HR experience gained from holding leadership positions at global organizations. His core competencies include HRIS, organizational development, organizational design, employee relations, succession planning, performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning, compensation, culture, talent management, and strategic HR.

Before his appointment, Suraj served as the Senior Vice President and Head of HR and Internal Communications at Cepheid. In his previous roles, he worked with Gilead Sciences as the Vice President of HR for EMEA, Corporate Executive Board as the Engagement Manager for CLC Solutions, and Joint Genome Institute as a Research Associate.

On the academic front, Suraj holds a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
