Daniela Seabrook takes over from Gordana Landen as Adecco’s CHRO

Adecco Group, a Switzerland-based HR solutions firm, has appointed Daniela Seabrook as the new Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Executive Committee, effective from January 1, 2024.

In her new role, Daniela brings over 25 years of HR expertise, including talent management, building a DEI culture, change management, organizational effectiveness, and employee well-being initiatives. She will assume responsibilities from Gordana Landen, who is set to retire on January 31, 2024.

Extending their wishes to Gordana, the group stated, 'Gordana has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Group since January 2019 and has been instrumental in improving the company’s talent management processes and strengthening its commitment to a diverse and inclusive culture. The Group thanks Gordana for her tireless leadership in building its strong HR foundation.'

In her previous roles, Daniela served as the CHRO for Philips, the Global Head of People and Organization Development at Syngenta, and the Global Head of Human Resources at Straumann, among others.

Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Daniela posted, 'Today, I have exciting news to share: I have the privilege to join the Executive Team of The Adecco Group as the Chief Human Resources Officer as of January 2024. I am inspired by this wonderful opportunity to drive the people strategy for a company where people are truly at the heart of the business and that has a deep sense of purpose combined with a strong concern for the communities around the world. I very much look forward to partnering with the Board, the Executive team, and the HR community and contributing to the continued success of the company with my experiences and leadership on the journey forward." She further added, "I would also like to thank Gordana Landen for the great work on which I will build, and wish her all the best in her retirement.
