Casepoint LLC names Jen Swensson as Vice President of People

Casepoint, a US-based legal discovery software solutions platform, has announced the appointment of Jen Swensson as the new Vice President of People, with immediate effect.

In her new role, Jen brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across IT and Software, Media and Broadcasting, and Legal sectors. She most recently served as Chief People Officer of Deepwatch and a member of CPOHQ. In her previous roles, Jen worked with KLDiscovery as the Vice President Global HR, MHM Services as the HR Business Partner, RCN Business as the Senior Manager of Human Resources, and Director, Human Resources & Administration at Aptela.

On the academic front, Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a certificate in Human Resource Management from George Mason University. Her core HR skills include succession planning, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations. She will lead talent acquisition, development, and engagement initiatives to transform the company’s culture.
