Capillary Technologies, a multinational SaaS tech firm, has promoted Melody Mitchem to the position of Global Head of Human Resources.

Mitchem joined the tech firm based in Singapore and Bangalore in April 2023 as part of the Brierley acquisition, a prominent platform for customer loyalty solutions and consulting. Her exceptional contributions to the company include assuming responsibility for the US HR division and successfully integrating new acquisitions into the Capillary fold. As stated in the official announcement, she has demonstrated remarkable leadership and strategic prowess through her people-centric initiatives in a relatively short period.

In her new role, Mitchem brings over 25 years of HR expertise acquired through leading key roles across the industry. She will spearhead the development and direction of comprehensive HR functions across Capillary’s global operations.

Before joining Capillary, Mitchem served as Senior VP of Talent Management at Brierley since 2015. In her previous roles, she worked as Director of HR at VertexOne for nearly five years, Director of HR at HP Autonomy for six years, and Associate VP of HR at MiddleBrook Pharmaceuticals.

In August 2023, Capillary announced leadership changes, with Anant Choubey being promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer and Sridhar Bollam assuming the position of Chief Customer Officer.
