The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore has appointed Audrey Lim as the new Director of Human Resources.

Lim brings more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, holding regional and global positions in major multinational corporations across Singapore, China, and Indonesia. 

Previously, she worked with Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy as the Regional Human Resources Director. She was responsible for managing the Southeast Asia and Australia markets for watches and jewelry. Her significant contributions included developing HR frameworks for new markets, assembling high-performing teams, and standardizing payroll, benefits, and HR systems across Southeast Asia. She also worked with Kimberly Clark for APAC.

Diageo, Johnson &Johnson, Hays Specialist Recruitment, Robert Walters, and Unilever are other organisations where she worked previously in various capacities. She is an alumnus of National University of Singapore.
