Alcami Corporation, a US-based manufacturing firm, has announced the appointment of Rose-Marie Nelson as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective immediately.

In her new role, Rose brings over three decades of HR leadership experience in the industry. She will be responsible for HR team, building conversations and connections to support the group’s growth trajectory parallel with the personal growth, engagement, and satisfaction of all employees.

Rose rejoined the group in 2023, handling the interim responsibilities of her new role as the Executive Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and Compensation. She previously served as the Director of Benefits and Compensation for over two decades. Thereafter, she joined Cambrex (after the acquisition of Avista) as the Vice President of HR, overseeing its overall HR function.

On the academic front, Rose holds an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Her core competencies include organisational development, talent management, team building, employee relations, recruiting, HRM, benefits design, and compensation management.
