Y. V Lakshminarayan Pandit is the Managing Director of SHL India. Mr. Pandit has more than 35 years of industry experience across FMCG, textiles, telecom and consulting sectors. Prior to joining SHL, he served as the chief operating officer at Tata Teleservices. He holds a certificate in coaching skills and his key areas of expertise span across operations, business strategy, consulting, and team management. He has completed his PGDBA from IIM, Ahmedabad and M.Sc, Physics from Bangalore University.
