Vishal Kedia is the Founder and Director of Complykaro. Vishal Kedia, is the visionary and the moving force behind envisaging this movement which revolutionizes how companies view and implement legal compliance; creating a significant difference towards workplace safety, especially for women. Through Complykaro, Vishal seeks to unify 3 main verticals namely consultancy, training and legal counseling; to work unitedly towards empowering corporates with the means conducive for higher levels of productivity, namely secure environs. In his wide-ranging experience, Vishal has found that many organizations are ignorant or unable to comply due to prohibitive costs. Add to this the logistics of co-ordinating with multiple agencies. This is precisely why Vishal has moulded Complykaro to be the end-to-end compliance solutions partner to organizations. Vishal began his career by joining his family tourism business and then proceeded to Enam Holdings Pvt Ltd, the Family Office of the Enam Group where he headed their new and emerging business initiatives whilst being part of the Private Equity Investment Team. While he dynamically led the organizations towards sound practices in carbon credit and solar power, his passion for law enabled him to veer his teams towards legal compliance and be at the forefront. Vishal, a commerce graduate from Mumbai University and a Diploma holder in Business Finance from ICFAI, Hyderabad has completed his Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from National University of Singapore.
