Suruchi Maitra is the Vice President – Human Resources, at UnitedLex India. She is responsible for providing strategic HR leadership and leading the team in India in implementing best-in-class people practices and robust HR operations. Suruchi is also responsible for implementing best practices and common projects across all geographical locations of the company. Prior to joining UnitedLex, Suruchi was working with Exclusively.In and Sher Singh, an eCommerce lifestyle brand. Suruchi is graduated in Philosophy from Miranda House (Delhi University) and completed her MBA in HR from Maharishi University of Management, Iowa. She also studied Strategic Human Resource Practices (e-course) from Cornell University. Her hobbies include water sports, swimming, reading and travelling. Suruchi is based out of Gurgaon.
