Sonali Chakraborty

Sonali is an integral member of the Work Better Training & Development team. She heads the Trainer Empanelment and Project Management division. Her intelligent and analytical approach has helped build a robust and extensive trainer database that is the heart of the work that happens at Work Better. Sonali is a gold medalist in Biotechnology at the Bachelor’s level from Goa University. After graduation, she completed her Master’s in Technology in Biotechnology from D.Y.Patil University, Mumbai and was ranked second in the University. Sonali has also done a Master’s by research from London Metropolitan University in Pharmaceutical Science & Drug designing and was ranked second in her batch. Sonali has extensive experience across industries. She has also had the opportunity to work both in India and internationally. She started her corporate career as a Research Officer for SRL Ranbaxy. She has also worked for 3 years in the capacity of manager in the Sales & Training domain for Hutchinson Three in London.
