Sandesh Chitnis

Sandesh has been associated with the finance and broking Industry for over 23 years out of which 18 years were with Morgan Stanley stationed in Mumbai and Singapore managing multiple products on the operational aspect. At Core Integra Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd, Sandesh looks after managing talent acquisition business focusing on lateral and bulk hiring across industries. He is passionate on building a diverse & an inclusive culture at the workplace that leads to improved business performance both internally and at the clients end. He has done his post-graduation in Export Management from Mumbai University and specialises in project planning, implementation, and process automation. In his previous stints he has been part of various strategic initiatives and places relentless focus on delivery of results in matrix multi-cultural organizations.
