Prof. Randhir Kumar

Randhir Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Human Resource Management Area at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta, India. Prior to joining IIM Calcutta, he worked as Assistant Professor in the School of Management and Labour Studies at Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He received his Ph.D. from Amsterdam Institute for Social Science Research (AISSR), University of Amsterdam, Netherlands in 2016.
