She has functioned as a Talent Management & L&OD Specialist as well as Generalist in her career journey so far. Gamut of experiences includes Leading HR Strategy, Consulting as part of Center of Excellence roles, Managing Change and Complexity in a Merger & Acquisition, Project Management of people processes of global scale & Designing localized Talent Solutions for business. Breadth of work includes Learning & Organization Development, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Career Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion & HR Systems deployment. In her most recent assignment, she was consulting with Monsanto India Ltd as Talent Management COE for the Asia Africa hub.
She completed my Masters in Human Resource Management from IMT Ghaziabad and prior to that, B.Tech from IET Lucknow.
